**About the job**:

- Greeting all pet parents with a smile and friendly tone
- Answering multiple phone lines and following up with clients
- Checking patients in and invoicing their visit
- Scheduling appointments
- Forward scheduling
- Credit card and cash transactions
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Recording messages for doctors and staff
- Updating patient charts and requesting previous records
- Retrieve prescriptions
- Assist with pet supply purchases such as food and grooming items
- Maintain the cleanliness of the waiting room and restrooms
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate and complete information by using the right methods and tools for success
- Go the extra mile to engage customers

**Job Type**: Part-time/Full-time

**Salary**: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour **DOE**

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- **1-2 years of veterinary field experience required.**:

- Ability to communicate effectively with customers at all levels of the organization including management, employees and customers.
- Must be able to pass drug test
