**About the Company**
Harbor House Collective is a minority owned recreational, vertically integrated marijuana establishment involved in the cultivation, manufacturing, and dispensing of adult-use premium cannabis. HHC is a family run, seeking hard working individuals to join our growing team.
We are looking for a motivated individual with a passion for extracts and infused goods. As laboratory technician, you will help with various tasks in the lab and kitchen. Specifically, you will be assisting with the processing of material and packaging of finished goods. There will be times when help with cleaning and organizing is needed as well. This is a full-time position with hours from 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
**Responsibilities**:
- Production and washing of materials in colder temperature rooms
- Packaging product in a timely efficient manner
- Perform visual inspection of finished goods
- Communicate any product or packaging issues
- Maintain packaging logs
- Maintain clean, organized safe work area according to SOP’s given to you by your manager
- Report any damage or malfunctioning equipment
- Assist with lab/kitchen cleaning when needed
- Assist with Kitchen post processing and packaging when needed
- Ensure that storage of finished goods is clean, organized, and compliant daily
- Communicate with Lab Manager to ensure that all compliance labels are created for packaging when the product is ready to be moved to the packaging department
- Help maintain packaging inventory in lab
Other duties as needed/required to meet goals
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to work early morning or late-night shifts
- Ability to work well with a team
- Capacity to take direction
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrates ability to organize and prioritize work.
- Ability to lift 50lbs on a regular basis
- Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift
General understanding of extracts, cannabinoids, and terpenes
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
