**Responsibilities**:
As a Construction Accountant III, you will:

- Manage contracts, amendments, insurance, bonds, SOV, Files, and Co Policies
- Produce timely and accurate review of requisitions and lien waivers
- Setup and properly format project financial forecasts to meet both the internal team and client reporting needs
- Manage the monthly project forecast meetings and maintain accurate ETC’s for employee PCI expense
- Review change management on assigned projects
- Ensure timely management of accounts receivable and payables
- Manage the closeout process
- Develop and maintain positive professional relationships both internally & externally
- Assist with the development of contract abstracts
- Audit responsibilities
- Assist the Controller and Regional Manager with the WIP process
- Assist in the training of accounting staff

Qualifications:
**EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION**
- BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field
- 4-8 years with CM or General Contractor organization working on $15M or larger construction projects
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Proficient in CMiC
- Understanding of the overall project execution process, including budgeting, project forecasting, cost control, schedule, anticipated cost and project profitability
