**Cook Duties**:
1. Ensures perfect food is cooked for every Guest, every meal.
2. Adheres to recipes, procedural direction, and prep lists.
3. Efficiently runs assigned station(s) throughout shift.
4. Cleans, organizes, and sanitizes work areas.
5. Maintains compliance with food service health, safety, food handling, and hygiene codes and standards.
6. Supports all kitchen teammates - particularly with dishwashing tasks
- 7. Reports any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries.
8. Performs all duties and responsibilities assigned by the chef.

**Cook Requirements**:

- Ensure sushi rice is to perfection
- Maintain a positive and professional
- Ptop approach with coworkers and guests
- Precise knife and fish cutting skills
- Responsible for preparing sushi items for our guests in accordance with portioning, recipe and service guidelines
- Keeps work areas and food storage areas, clean and safe at all times.
- Primarily works in front of guests while preparing foods at the sushi bar
- Monitors and ensures the portioning of foods prepared at the sushi bar and maintains the cleanliness and sanitation of the sushi bar and equipment
- Work quickly to keep up with the pace of the restaurant and team
- Reading and following department of health standards and food industry standards
- Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Perform all other duties as required, including prep work or additional tasks as needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
