**Pay Range**: $60,000-$75,000

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

**Position Summary**:
The role of the IT Field Systems Technician is to support, maintain, and program onsite systems used in the ongoing hospitality operation. This includes hardware/software support, maintenance, installation, and ensuring operational effectiveness. Additionally, assisting in the delivery and improvement of software/hardware systems within the organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting of software/hardware
- Implement systems to enhance field-level operations
- Design, develop, and implement training programs as they relate to systems
- Actively stay current on emerging technologies and issues in support of business efforts
- Stay abreast of significant technological developments that may impact the business
- Ensure effective use and operational oversight of field-level systems

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- At least 1+ year working in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of network infrastructures and core components
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, O365, and Windows environments
- Ability to troubleshoot level 1 hardware and software errors
- Experience working both independently and, in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively communicate pertinent information to management peers
