As the **US Visual Merchandising Manager**, your role will entail crafting, innovating, and implementing compelling visual merchandising strategies that engage our consumer base across diverse distribution channels, placing a particular emphasis on Ulta Beauty. Your responsibilities will extend to guiding production vendors through concept design and conducting technical reviews. **What You’ll Do**:
**Design & Development**:

- Take charge of design and execution for new product launches.
- Build vendor briefs and review technical drawings for production.
- Craft core visual initiatives from planning to fixture design.
- Use Sketchup 3D for concepts and renderings.

**Collaboration & Strategy**:

- Collaborate closely with Wholesale Managers to uphold brand standards and boost sales.
- Create marketing strategies for visual merchandising spaces.
- Build synergies with global teams for shared goals.

**Innovation & Execution**:

- Infuse innovation into every project.
- Partner with external vendors for top-notch in-store experiences.
- Ensure brand consistency across various distribution channels.

**Communication & Support**:

- Build and maintain relationships company-wide.
- Champion the brand through clear and concise communication with stakeholders.

**What You’ll Need**:

- 3+ years in corporate visual merchandising **required**.
- Relevant experience in prestige skincare or beauty is **required**, with international experience being **_a plus_**.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and cloud-based programs is **required**.
- Working knowledge of Sketchup.
- Knowledge of design, materials, prototyping, and production processes **required**.
- Expertise in developing technical drawings for VM elements and understanding architectural nuances.
- Experience in team management, including full-time and freelance staff.

**What We Offer**:

- **Competitive Compensation**: Expected base salary range of $85,000 to $90,000. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, and budget.
