Adient Aerospace is looking for a Stockroom Lead to join our team in Huntington Beach, California (This is not a remote position, you must live in or be willing to relocate to Southern California.) **JOB SUMMARY**

Responsible for the prioritization of the kitting process for production. They will print, sort, create packets, and labels. They will work closely with both planning and production teams to support constant flow of material to the manufacturing lines.

- Must promote teamwork to seek established targets in the way of company KPI metrics
- Resolve problems that arise in the normal course of the work
- Ensure that stockroom standard practices and procedures are followed
- Be flexible to work extra hours as needed
- Provide excellent service to the Production Floor to provide what they need in achieving their everyday goal
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethics code
- Must possess good oral and written communication skills

**GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS - Education, Knowledge, and Experience**

**Education**:

- High School Diploma or GED required; equivalent years of relative experience or proven mechanical aptitude may be considered in lieu of a diploma or GED
- Associate Degree, Trade/Technical School or certification is desired.

**Experience**:

- 2+ years of experience

**Skills**:

- Experience working in a team
- Material Handling
- Issuing components to workorders/jobs
- Scrapping

**Preferred** Skills/Experience**:

- SYSPRO knowledge is desired

**Other**:

- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Extended or irregular hours may be required.

**SUPERVISION PROVIDED TO THE POSITION**
- Direction with necessary guidance is provided in terms of tasks and craftsmanship and measured based upon how well tasks have been completed. Receives detailed instructions as needed.

- Develop and provide solutions to complex problems based on established precedents and are consistent with organization objectives.

**LANGUAGE SKILLS**
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and writing
