**Position: Lead Painter**

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer communications with professionalism and care, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Uphold jobsite safety standards and etiquette to create a secure and respectful work environment.
- Execute painting projects according to our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining the highest level of quality and precision.

- Willingness to learn and adapt - prior experience in cabinet painting not required, as we provide training.
