**Job Summary**: We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team at US Hydraulics as an Entry-Level Hydraulic Cylinder Repair Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining hydraulic cylinders. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with mechanical aptitude and a passion for hands-on work to develop skills in hydraulic system maintenance and repair.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Diagnose Hydraulic Cylinder Issues**: Utilize diagnostic tools and techniques to identify problems with hydraulic cylinders, including leaks, malfunctions, and performance issues.
- **Perform Repairs**: Disassemble, clean, inspect, and repair hydraulic cylinders according to established procedures and safety guidelines. This may include replacing seals, rods, pistons, and other components as needed.
- **Reassemble and Test**: Assemble hydraulic cylinders, ensuring proper functioning of all components. Conduct testing to verify repairs and ensure optimal performance.
- **Maintain Records**: Keep detailed records of all repairs, including parts used, labor hours, and testing results. Maintain inventory of repair parts and supplies.
- **Assist Senior Technicians**: Collaborate with experienced technicians to learn new skills and techniques. Assist with more complex repairs and projects as directed.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay informed about advancements in hydraulic technology and repair techniques.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; technical or vocational training in hydraulic systems or related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of hydraulic principles and systems.
- Mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with tools and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environmental conditions.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
- Prior experience in hydraulic system maintenance or repair is a plus but not required.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
