Associate Dentist

We are looking to add a part time Associate Dentist to our team on Fridays. Someone who will perform all aspects of general dentistry, including but not limited to fillings, crowns, simple and surgical extractions, non-complex endodontic treatment. In addition, you will also undertake tasks aiming for prevention of oral health disease, and head and neck cancer screenings.

Production based income. Minimum of $800 per day.

A great dentist is a highly qualified professional and compassionate individual. You must be knowledgeable in regards to diseases, epidemiology and other dental conditions so you can interpret symptoms and diagnose conditions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct routine oral exams and head/neck cancer screenings for hygiene patients
- Give appropriate advice for healthy habits and preventative actions to promote overall health
- Provide a diagnosis and treatment for all general and emergency patients

**Requirements**:

- State of Indiana Dental License
- State of Indiana Controlled Substance License
- Excellent knowledge of oral and systemic disease
- Broad knowledge of common medication and their oral effects
- In-depth knowledge of legal dental guidelines
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Respect for patient's confidentiality
- Compassionate and approachable
- Responsible and trustworthy
- Possess excellent leadership skills

Hours would be: discussed at interview
