**OVERALL FUNCTION OF THIS POSITION**:
The associate will be involved with daily fulfillment and warehouse operations. This person should have an enthusiasm for accuracy, rapid pace and delivery of a top quality consumer experience. Familiarity with eCommerce (Amazon/eBay) order fulfillment preferred.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Ability to routinely carry 25 pound packages.
- Prior fulfillment/warehouse experience is a plus
- Knowledge and passion for outdoor activities or musical instruments a plus
- Must be able to work independently and efficiently.
- Proficiency in data entry/accuracy required.

**SKILLS**:

- Must be self-motivated and willing to take initiative.
- Ability to follow procedures accurately
- Meet minimum performance metrics
- Ability to organize effectively

**Physical** **Requirements**: Long periods are spent standing/walking/packing orders. Must possess the ability to frequently lift and carry 25 pounds.

**Other**: Must be able to work a flexible schedule, appreciate diversity of tasks and enjoy a rapid pace and change.

Pay: $15.75 - $17.25 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- 8 hour shift
