**Responsibilities Include**:
The goal for the Corporate Merchandiser is to prepare and reconfigure merchandise displays in stores so that it is both available for customers to purchase and for the Route Salespeople to service. The individual in this position will be responsible for interpreting planograms, arranging and rearranging merchandise displays in accordance with established planograms and providing support to the Route Salespeople. The individual in this position will be responsible for working in all of Imperial’s customers and be willing to travel away from home for a minimum of 1 week up to 3 weeks at a time returning on weekends.
- Represent Imperial in a professional manner
- Capable of working on your own
- Travel / Hotel stays away from home up to 3 consecutive weeks returning on weekends
- Ability to work in all of Imperial’s customers
- Perform reset work in Remodeled stores
- Read and implement planograms
- Executing resets in accordance with specific account reset standards and completion of reset completion reports where applicable.
- Set-up and Sign displays in accordance with planograms for seasonal and promotional product
- Ensure proper pricing of product (if applicable)
- Load product on display
- Provide merchandising/ service support, including pack-out and maintenance of in-line departments, set-up of promotional and sales displays, and introduction and cut-in of new items.
- Assure customer satisfaction with Imperial
- Other duties as needed

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. **Education**
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Basic computer skills - requiring the use of a tablet to for clocking in and out and to fill out requiring able to use a log in and password and follow simple instructions.

**Experience**
- Previous supermarket and/or retail route sales and/or service experience a plus.
- Telxon/Cipher experience helpful.
- Knowledge of product and/or experience with ordering and merchandising HBC and GM preferred.

**Language Skills**
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

**Mathematical Skills**
- Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
- Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.

**Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Other duties as assigned.
- Keep work area clean.
