We are seeking an** Inventory Supplies & Equipment Assistant **to work under the** **supervision of the Manager, Business Operations or designee, and perform a variety of duties, including, but not limited to, performing routine maintenance, evaluate deliveries, shipments and product levels to improve inventory control procedures, analyze daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages, record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory, stock deliveries and cleaning/disinfecting of equipment and light maintenance.

**Hours: 32hrs**

**Shift: Day shift; 8:00am-3:00pm**

**Location: Southcoast Business Center, Fairhaven, MA**

**Travel**:Driving on average 3 or more times per week required**

**Education and Experience Requirement**:

- **Equal to completion of four years of high school plus additional courses or training or the equivalent is required.**:

- **Working knowledge of inventory management is required.**:

- **An ability to accurately track and report inventory is required.**:

- **Mechanic or other related experience that demonstrates the ability to operate and maintain general maintenance tools is preferred.**:

- **Must possess and demonstrate highly effective interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.**:

- **A minimum of one year of related work experience is required.**:
