Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Helper to join our team. As a Kitchen Helper, you will assist in food preparation, maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, and support the overall operations of our restaurant.

**Duties**:

- Assist in food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and assembling ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and taking out trash
- Follow proper food safety and handling procedures to ensure the safety and quality of our dishes
- Support the cooks and chefs in meal preparation and cooking tasks as needed
- Assist with receiving and storing food supplies and ingredients
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the kitchen

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
