Es-tu prêt à relever un défi dans le monde de la haute technologie? Nous serions ravis de t’avoir à bord Eddyfi Technologies est à la recherche d’un(e) coordonnateur(trice) service client afin de joindre son équipe.

**Ton quotidien**:
**Dans ce rôle, tu auras à**:

- Tâche associée au support des ventes pour tous les éléments de service à la clientèle (étalonnage, réparation, licence, HMP...), y compris l'entrée du P.O. dans notre ERP et le suivi du traitement en cours d'opération;
- Suivi du processus et du système de gestion des cas au niveau régional, y compris l'interaction régulière avec le personnel d'assistance et de service pour s'assurer que l'urgence du client est une priorité;
- Autoriser les niveaux d'escalade et de priorité pour les cas des clients au niveau régional.
- Gestion de la saisie des données pour les dossiers des clients, en maximisant l'intégrité et la cohérence en vue d'une amélioration continue;
- Travailler en collaboration avec l'équipe mondiale du service après-vente pour assurer la normalisation des services dans tous les sites et l'amélioration continue des processus et des outils afin de maximiser l'expérience des clients;
- Communiquer avec les clients dès le début de leur plainte et pendant toute la durée du traitement;
- Maintenir une communication claire et positive avec l'équipe d'assistance et de service pendant les opérations.

**Le profil recherché**:

- Une formation de niveau collégial est requise;
- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience pertinente dans un poste axé sur la clientèle;
- Expérience de travail avec des processus dans une entreprise technologique;
- Une expérience de l'utilisation de Salesforce ou d'un autre outil de gestion de la relation client serait un atout;
- Un niveau d'anglais avancé est requis, des notions de français, d'espagnol, étant un atout;
- Forte personnalité et capacité à trouver des solutions sous pression;
- Autonome et organisé;
- Proactif et orienté vers le client;
- Fort esprit d'équipe et bonnes aptitudes à la communication.
