**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Off-site Manufacturing involves pre-planning and developing the entire system. This includes all hook-up and finishing touches of the system allowing maximum efficiency in scheduling.
- While our team are working on site our prefabrication are simultaneously preparing the system to be delivered to site at the exact moment required.
- Depending on size the arrival of the Offsite Manufacturing work completed in the factory can save days or weeks off of the installation process.
- We endeavour to utilise OSM modular methods where possible.
- Designing, planning, manufacturing & the pre-assembly of components prior to arriving on site has multiple benefits for the project.
- The OSM is constructed at our Pomeroy HQ factory, tested & commissioned before they arrive on site, providing the highest quality service by our experienced team of engineers & technicians.

**Authority**:

- You have authority to stop the job if you feel there is an unsafe work practice which could result in a risk of injury, have an environmental impact or risk to equipment and other personnel.

**Requirements**:

- Previous Offsite Management experience, OSM experience at management level
- A good understanding of the OSM process
- Good knowledge of construction, being able to understand if site conditions allow for installation of racks
- Previous OSM experience at management level

- Need to be a strong personality, could be a bit of push back from site management
- 5-7 years PM experience
- Construction background essential
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Strong team working ethos and a team player
