**Job Summary**:
Mosaic CCDA is looking for a passionate and strategic leader to join the Transformation Center Team.

Join our team at Mosaic, where every piece tells a story and every sale makes a difference. We're looking for a dynamic Store Manager to lead our resale store and help us grow our mission-driven retail operation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Daily Operations**: Oversee all aspects of daily store operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
- **Sales Strategies**: Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales and profitability goals.
- **Team Management**: Recruit, train, and manage a team of retail staff, ensuring they are motivated and providing excellent customer service.
- **Inventory Control**: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the purchasing team to ensure stock availability.
- **Store Maintenance**: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
- **Data Analysis**: Analyze sales and customer data to make informed decisions and adjustments to store operations.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local and federal regulations.
- **Work Environment**: Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, creativity, and personal growth.
- **Customer Relations**: Act as the primary point of contact for customer complaints or issues, resolving them in a timely and professional manner.
- **Community Engagement**: Participate in community events and marketing efforts to promote the store and its mission.

**Qualifications**.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must have a valid Michigan Drivers License.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to lead programs and training.
- A passion for Mosaic CCDA's mission and growth.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and network with diverse groups.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage resources effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills.
