Summer Grounds Technician

**Galway Companies, Inc.** is a growing real estate firm that delivers quality property management services focusing on commercial and mixed-use facilities. We are expanding our team and are looking to hire **Summer** **Grounds Technician **for our properties located in the greater Madison and Janesville area.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain cleanliness of building exterior and grounds
- Monitor and report unsafe conditions and/or required maintenance
- Weed landscaping beds
- Power washing
- Window washing

**Additional Requirements**:

- Physically capable of lifting fifty (50) pounds
- Attendance is an imperative job function
- Driving is a requirement of this position; must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle
- Positive, professional and punctual

**Hours / Benefits**

This is a full time summer position. Start and end date are flexible.
