**Research & development**
- Develop and retain the company's turnover,
- Co-define the country's strategy of development, in alignment with the group expectations,
- Analyse, seize and qualify business development opportunities for the country in relation with the SVP BD,
- Leading the innovation strategy of the country, in alignment with the Group direction,

**Management of the R&D department**
- Seize the R&D team to face business development objectives, with the right talents to fit the strategy of development,
- Integrate new employees and ensure their training in compliance with internal processes,
- Animate the R&D team and coordinate collective actions,
- Manages the workload to achieve defined objectives, while identifying potential conflict situations and ensuring continuity of activities by anticipating back-up plans,
- Ensures the development of their employees' skills in their profession in relation to the evolution of the Group's activities.
- Adapt the R&D organisation and methodologies to face the growth and the group's expectations,
- Develop external partnerships with strategic vendors who can support our dvelopement by proposing best-in-class solution fitting with our customer expectations (IT, automation, innovation etc.)
- . Control the budget for R&D activities,- As part of the Executive Leadership Team, ensuring communication and coordination with this team,

**Project Management**
- Facilitates meetings, collects requirements to fulfil them and evaluates the progress of projects.
- Delegates tasks according to the skills of the employees involved in the projects.

**Project leadership**
- Intervenes on strategic and company-wide projects,
- Support the BD & RD team to define the direction of each proposal,
- Leading Real Estate surveys and negotiations with our broker and the Landlords
- Control and sign off models and proposals before submission, ensures compliance with methods and rules of the Group
- Support Business Development team in the sale effort and defending the solutions proposed,
- Defines requirements, efficiently allocates resources to project groups.
- Leads working groups and brings them together to achieve objectives.
- Supervises and writes general and detailed specifications for their projects.
