DVS is looking for a** Program Analyst **to support our team on Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL. This position requires an active **Secret clearance** or is eligible to obtain a clearance. This is a **hybrid role with 2 days onsite.**

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Manage bottoms-up ETC / EAC
- Track Funding and Revenue Burn on a weekly basis
- Provide Forecast Analysis: Forecast vs. Budget, Actual vs. Budget, Profitability Analysis
- Create program financial deliverables
- Lead weekly Financial Reviews with Program Manager
- Work with the Accounting department for project setup related activities
- Track subcontractor monthly burn, and initiate purchase requests as needed
- Ad Hoc Financial Analysis

**Experience & Requirements**
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Program Finance experience in IT Services Government Contracting
- A firm understanding of bottoms-up budgeting and forecasting (ETC / EAC)
- Experience in Deltek Costpoint and Cognos Reporting is preferable
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Finance, Accounting and/or Business-related bachelor's degree
- An individual with strong oral and written communication skills, detail oriented, highly organized
- Ability to work both independently and in both a local and remote team environment
