**Located at Plumley Village in Worcester, **the Custodian will be responsible for general cleaning of building and equipment, vacuuming, cleaning floors, kitchens, bathrooms, walls, windows, painting, trash removal etc. Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently.

This position is a part time year-round position, **15 hours per week, 8am-11am, Monday through Friday**.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies and methods, willingness to learn new skills and attention to detail are required.
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Ability to climb ladders.
- OSHA certification is preferred.
- Interact with Club staff.
- Maintain contact as needed with external community groups and contractors.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a high energy level and be comfortable performing multi-faceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day responsibilities.
- Regularly required to speak clearly and hear the spoken word as well, b-lingual Spanish/English preferred.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

A minimum of 2 years similar work experience preferred.
