**The position include the following responsibilities**:

- Provide stress-free service for a variety of clients in different situations.
- Be a positive representation of our company.
- SAFELY operate the vehicle at all times.
- Ensure all daily truck inspections (tire pressure, oil, equipment, etc.) are performed.
- Make sure the truck has enough receipts, safety equipment, and marketing material.
- Be a positive and motivated leader for your team.
- Help to train new hires about the day-to-day operations and core values.
- Handle and collect money/checks from clients.
- Prevent careless and costly mistakes, including damage, injury, unhappy clients, lost equipment, etc.
- Check in regularly throughout the day with direct supervisor.
- Safely drive, move, pack, and unpack customer belongings.

**Pay Structure**:

- Pay ranging from $17.00-$25.00/hr. base on _experience + tips and bonuses (_$1,000+ /week)_

**Requirements and skills**:

- MUST have weekend availability
- MUST be at least 21+ to drive
- MUST have a working mobile phone
- MUST have reliable transportation
- MUST be able to safely drive small and medium-sized box trucks.
- Experience in Moving Industry is required (1+ years)
- MUST have a valid and clean driver's license (to be a driver)
- Be the designated leader and manage the customer and crew
- MUST have the ability to direct and supervise moving crew
- Great customer service is preferred
- MUST be hard working and enjoy physical labor
- MUST be able to lift at least 75lbs
- Excel in a position of independence and responsibility
- Be willing to have a background check done

**Salary: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour**
