**Salary**:$80000- $85000 yearly. Salary commensurate with education and experience.**

**Job Summary**:
The **Regional Chef** is responsible for leading all culinary functions for business, educational, and camp food service accounts dining accounts in a given geographical area
- PA, DE, MD.

Travel is required for this role within PA, DE, and MD.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develops and implements operation plans and systems to ensure contractual obligations are met
- Leads cost controls and control expenditures for the region
- Acts as a Regional leader who models proficiencies and behaviors that support company values
- Plans and builds menus to include influencing the menu for chef’s tables, catering expos, etc.
- Develops and communicates strategies for improving customer experience
- Interacts professionally with a diverse group of associates, suppliers, clients, and customers
- Performs other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated ability with multi-unit experience of at least 5-7 years.
- Must have previous experience in the same (Regional Chef) or similar culinary management level role (Executive Chef)
- Culinary Degree, or comparable four-year culinary development experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate on various levels including management, departmental, customer, and associate levels
- Strong supervisory, leadership, hands-on management, and mentor skills
- Strong financial acumen, proven P&L experience, budgetary, and food control practices
- A demonstrated ability to assess and grow people, operations, equipment, and revenue
- Willing to travel throughout the region
- Digital literacy and experience with MS Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, preferred
