**LOCATION**:Discovery at Kingwood Apartments
- Kingwood, TX**

**HOURS: Monday-Thursday 8-5, Friday 8-3, Saturday 9-11 (Must work Saturdays)**

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Clean grounds and removing litter, debris and ensuring the property has exceptional curb appeal.
- Assist with pool maintenance.
- Assist with distributing resident notices.
- Assist in make-readies and other maintenance related tasks.

**WHAT YOU WILL NEED**:

- 1+ years of job-related experience working outside or in the elements.
- General maintenance experience is preferred.
- Pool pump certification or training a plus.
