Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. This is a great opportunity to utilize your communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Assist customers with placing orders, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to ensure positive customer interactions
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer accounts and maintain accurate records
- Upsell products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide additional information as needed

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Strong ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with customers
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
