**Digital Banking Implementation Supervisor**

**Silver Springs, Maryland**

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the end-to-end implementation process of Digital Banking products, from origination through to testing and troubleshooting.
- Lead a team dedicated to the seamless execution of digital banking solutions, providing expert guidance and supervision.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Digital Banking products, services, and systems, offering insights and solutions that enhance our offerings.
- Address and resolve complex issues escalated from other digital banking areas, customer care, branches, or commercial lending/sales teams, as well as directly from customers.
- Manage multiple projects and customer initiatives, ensuring timely and effective completion with a focus on high-quality service delivery.

**Required**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 8 years of experience in Digital Banking or electronic banking sectors.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing treasury/corporate cash management products within a digital banking framework.
- 3 years of supervisory experience in a relevant field.
- Deep knowledge and understanding of all Digital Banking products and services.
- Proven technical proficiency in Cash Management and Treasury products and services.
- Familiarity with NACHA rules and a demonstrated ability to solve complex problems.
- Strong organizational, critical thinking, and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in creating analytical spreadsheets, charts, and graphs in Excel.

**Preferred**:

- Associate's degree or higher.
- Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) and/or Accredited Payments Risk Professional (APRP) certifications.
- Experience with QuickBooks, Direct Connect, or similar financial management tools.
- Exposure to FIS business and consumer products.
- Knowledge of data transmission and connectivity.
