**About Us**:Smooth MD is a leading aesthetic center specializing in laser resurfacing, microneedling, neurotoxins, CoolSculpting, and testosterone replacement therapy. **About You**:We are seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join us as a Registered Nurse or are currently enrolled in nursing school with a projected graduation date. You should have a strong interest in the aesthetic industry and a desire to learn and grow within our organization. While prior experience is not required, a background in beauty, sales, or customer service would be beneficial. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential to build rapport with our clients and create a welcoming environment.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments, including but not limited to laser treatments, injectables (such as Botox and Xeomin), Electromagnetic Muscle Stimulation, CoolSculpting and other non-surgical procedures.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their aesthetic goals, assess their suitability for various treatments, and provide personalized treatment recommendations.
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans, outlining procedures, expected outcomes, and associated costs, while ensuring clients' needs and expectations are met.
- Provide pre
- and post-treatment care instructions to clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, documenting treatment details, progress notes, and any adverse reactions.
- Collaborate with the aesthetic team to ensure seamless coordination of services and an exceptional client experience.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in the aesthetic field through continuous education and training.
- Assist in the coordination of marketing and promotional activities, including providing information about current specials, events, promotions to clients over the phone or in-person and actively participating in social media content.
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering and restocking of medical supplies and aesthetic products.
- Answer phone calls and provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and resolving client concerns.
- Conduct follow-up calls with clients to ensure their satisfaction, address any post-treatment questions, and schedule additional appointments as necessary.
- Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure accurate and timely documentation, including client records, consent forms, and billing information.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of strategies to enhance client satisfaction, improve operational efficiency, and drive business growth.
- Support other team members as needed, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
