Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our legal team. As an Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal support and assistance to our clients. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about the law and are looking to grow their legal career.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct legal research and analysis on various cases and issues
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts, and agreements
- Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings and depositions
- Assist with negotiations and settlements -Assist with Trial proceedings
- Prepare and present legal arguments and opinions
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation
- Provide legal administrative support as needed

**Experience**:

- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar association
- Proven experience in legal drafting, litigation, negotiation, research, and writing
- Strong knowledge of legal research methods and resources (e.g., Lexis-Nexis, Westlaw)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

We offer competitive compensation based on experience. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth within our firm.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
