A beautiful, privately owned, long term care, nursing facility located **in Queens, NY **is looking for a strong** Registered **Dietitian.**

**Duties and Responsibilities of the Registered Dietitian**:

- Direct, supervise and coordinate all the functions and activities and related to clinical nutritional care.
- Develop, or review and revise, and implement policies and procedures to assure compliance with JCAHO standards, and federal and state regulations, laws, and guidelines.
- Develop the monthly Performance Improvement Clinical Nutrition Report.
- Develop and implement plans to facilitate the provision of high quality and appropriate nutrition care to residents.

**Requirements of the Registered Dietitian**:

- Must have experience as a Registered Dietitian
- Must have experience in long term care/skilled nursing
- Will be responsible for the clinical aspect of Dietary
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Proven leadership and managerial skills
