Newark, United States C-Neta Behavioral Health Services LLC Full time

C-Neta Behavioral Health Services is seeking behavior technicians to implement behavior support plans for youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The BT will provide in-home ABA services to youth under the age of 21. BTs are needed to work in Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Mercer, Middlesex, Passaic and Union Counties.

Transportation required.

Position Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree
- Must have at least one (1) year of supervised experience in implementing behavior support plans for individuals who have intellectual/developmental disabilities
- Able to follow directions, procedures, and all ethical guidelines
- Good analytical/critical thinking skills with the ability to record and track therapy progress
- Ability to communicate and represent self in a professional manner
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Must be reliable and flexible, with a strong work ethic
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Implement interventions in Behavior Support Plan
- Teach skills to the youth
- Train parent/guardian in implementation of Behavior Support Plan
- Data collection
- Progress Notes

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $27.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- implementing behavior support plans: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Driver's License (preferred)
- CPR Certification (preferred)

Work Location: On the road
