Lube Technician

Lube Tech responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Perform oil/filter change and tire rotations
- Perform multi-point inspections per OEM specifications
- Using hand and power tools
- Maintains a clean and organized work area
- Top off fluids
- Perform other basic maintenance requested by management
- Work closely with Parts and Service Managers and other technicians
- Implement guidelines for working with guests & employees for high quality service
- Demonstrates company’s core values
- Assure quality control with all vehicles through safe practices

Lube Tech requirements include, but are not limited to:

- Ability to adapt to an ever-changing automotive environment
- Active Driver License
- Ability to have communication skills with company personnel
- Ability to understand and follow direction
- Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds along with additional physical demands
- Must have patience and willingness to work as a team player
- Occasional exposure to inclement weather
