Job Tasks may include, but are not limited to:

- Welcoming customers with a smile and warm introduction
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and health/sanitation regulations.
- Work with team members to maintain and enhance the service/teamwork culture required by L3 Craft Coffee.
- Be prepared to offer guidance on drink offerings if customer's need assistance
- Prepare and sell coffee drinks by following precise recipes and preparation techniques set by L3 Craft Coffee
- Learn specific brewing styles for coffee
- Enhances coffee shop reputation by accepting ownership for for all daily responsibilities and activities and contributing to a positive customer experience.
- Improve quality coffee experience by studying and learning new brewing processes; implementing training techniques and maintaining and improving the appearance of the store and coffee bar.
- Be prepared to participate in coffee training courses, coffee conventions, & all events related to developing a better experience for our customers at L3 Craft Coffee
- Be familiar with point of sale system.
- Maintain a clean and groomed personal appearance.
- Report for work in a timely manner.
- Required to be committed to personal and professional improvement.
- Required to pass a Barista test designed by L3 Craft Coffee
- Required to be aware of L3 Craft Coffee history and mission statement

or Part Time

**Salary**: $11.00 to 14.00 / hour (tips included)

**Experience**:

- Barista: (Preferred not required)

- Weekends, Morning, Evening, Flexible (required)

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 35 per week
