**Your Role**:
As the DSP, you will provide services to adults with developmental disabilities in a community living home and a supported apartment. You will be assisting in all areas of daily living so that each resident meets their personal goals and develops self-management and independence. This would include helping them with shopping, menu planning, traveling to appointments, building social interactions, setting goals, and going to community outings

**Responsibilities**:
These are the responsibilities for the position, _although other duties may be assigned to meet Agency needs:_
- Responsible for direct care support and training for residents.
- Implements resident training programs as it relates to their personal growth and independence.
- Assists residents in accessing community resources consistent with their needs and personal choices.

**Requirements**:

- Valid drivers’ license
- Insurable driving record
- Highschool Diploma/GED
- CNA or DSP certification preferred
