Forefront Healthcare is looking for a **Registered Dietitian for a beautiful Health & Rehab Center located in Manitowoc, WI**

**Job description**
- MUST have previous hospital experience.
- Supports and delivers the highest level of nutrition care to patients to meet the customer’s overall needs.
- Calculate nutritional needs, establish goals, and implement medical nutrition therapy for patients based on their overall nutritional status.
- Establish effective strategies to implement innovative programs which lead to optimal clinical nutrition and positive financial outcomes
- Comply with regulatory standards - both Federal and State and accrediting agencies adhering to confidentiality, HIPPA regulations, residents’ right policies and Joint Commission regulations.
- Collaborate with IDT (Interdisciplinary Team) to provide quality nutrition and culinary program
- Review menu cycle for nutrient analysis and diet consistencies
- Supports quality assurance initiatives in the kitchen
- Implement Health & Wellness initiatives

**Qualifications**:

- Strong leadership and communication skills to encourage changes in nursing and kitchen management.
- 3 years of healthcare/hospitals or Behavioral Health experience
- 3 years Registered Dietitian experience

**- Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degre**e
- Basic Functional Experience - Meets eligibility requirements for certification as a Registered Dietitian
