Summer Camp Counselor

SMS is a Jewish Montessori School currently hiring summer staff. Hours will vary depending on the needs of the classrooms but availability must be between 8:00 am-4:00 pm. Fridays until 2:00 pm

You must be 18 years old and hold at least a high school diploma to apply.

It is preferable if applicants have at least 1 year of Early Childhood experience or at 2 years of Early Childhood courses. These positions are temporary, beginning approx. mid-June to August 16th specifically for our Summer Programs.

We offer in house training and the possibility of extending the contract for the school year 2023-2024.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or Higher
- DCF Training
- Current certification in Pediatric First Aid and CPR of infants and children.

Additional training may be required according to the needs of the individual, the assigned classroom and/or center.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Internship

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
