Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and operations of our facilities. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of our buildings, equipment, and systems. This is a leadership role that requires strong technical knowledge, project management skills, and the ability to supervise.

**Duties**:

- Develop and implement maintenance programs to ensure the proper functioning of all facilities
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly
- Coordinate and oversee repair and maintenance projects, including managing contractors and vendors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Manage facility budgets, including forecasting expenses and monitoring costs
- Supervise a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for equipment and systems
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to support their facility-related needs

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in facilities management or a related role
- Strong knowledge of systems, and maintenance of buildings
- Project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and complete projects on time and within budget under direction of the Grounds Committee
- Familiarity with securing building permits
- Excellent leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and supervise.
- Proficient in computer skills for maintenance tracking and reporting
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
