Are you a coffee enthusiast with a knack for customer service? More Clicks Café is looking for friendly and energetic Baristas/Cashiers to join our team in Cincinnati. As a key member of our café staff, you'll have the opportunity to create delicious beverages, provide exceptional service, and ensure a memorable experience for our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages with precision and care.
- Take customer orders with a smile and accurately process transactions using our POS system.
- Provide recommendations and answer questions about our menu offerings and specialty drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front counter and throughout the café.
- Restock supplies and merchandise as needed, including coffee beans, cups, and condiments.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and uphold quality standards.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality or culinary arts is a plus.
- Previous experience as a barista or cashier in a café or similar setting preferred.
- Passion for coffee and a desire to create exceptional beverages for our customers.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in using POS systems or cash registers.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
