**Job Title**:Associate Receptionist

**Duties**:
The receptionist is responsible for onsite assistance for all levels of staff and management as needed, as well as in-office coordination. The receptionist will assist with in-office events, meetings (including ordering catering), conferences, greeting visitors, obtaining supplies, assisting in facility requests, and working on special projects.

**Essential Functions**:

- Maintaining the office environment - ensuring the kitchen area is neat, and facility needs are accommodated. Includes providing kitchen supply inventory when needed.
- Communicating with facilities dept. and building contacts when assistance is needed.
- Assisting with in-office events to promote a positive culture, including receiving supplies or food for events, communicating with outside vendors.
- Provides support including: answering phones and taking messages or fielding/answers all routine and non-routine questions.
- Handles confidential and non-routine information, when necessary.
- Works independently and within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects.
- Answering general staff questions relating to office needs and company information.
- Greeting and announcing visitors to appropriate parties, accept deliveries, and manage visitor badges while adhering to the strict Covid visitor policy.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional work setting working as a receptionist, administrative assistant, office coordinator, or similar role required.
- Associates degree or high school diploma required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook (with calendar) and Excel.
- Knowledge of MS Teams, or similar conference call software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Advanced general computer skills.
- Time management, focusing on meeting all assigned deadlines without oversight. Independent thinking and judgement.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with a diverse group of people - both internal staff and clients.
- Must have a very positive, can-do attitude.
- Must take accountability and ownership and pride in their work. Ability to solve simple and complex problems - and ability to know when to ask for assistance with advance problems.
- No travel required.
- May spend a lot of time on their feet stocking supplies and straightening up office areas.

**Compliance Requirements**:

- Adhere to all Company Policies, Procedures, and other training consistent with ConnectiveRx's Information Security and Compliance Programs, including but not limited to the following compliances and regulations: SOC1, SOC2, PCI, HIPAA.
- Maintain strict compliance with company and client policies regarding business rules and ethics, as well as applicable local, state and national federal laws.

**Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation): Pay Range**: $19.00/hour - $20.00/hour W-2. **Benefits**:Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K (provided minimum eligibility hours are met). Work schedule: Monday thru Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM. **Duration of Contract**: 4-weeks.
