- Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects from planning to execution
- Coordinate project team members, subcontractors, and vendors
- Develop project schedules and ensure adherence to timelines
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise promptly
- Prepare and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Utilize project management software such as ProCore for efficient project tracking
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Proven experience in commercial project management
- Proficiency in project scheduling software
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and documentation
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage project teams
