**Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Implement behavioral therapy interventions and strategies based on the individualized treatment plan
- Collect and record behavioral data during therapy sessions
- Collaborate with the BCBA to develop and modify treatment plans as needed
- Assist with the development of social skills, communication skills, and daily living skills
- Follow all medical documentation procedures and maintain accurate records
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, behavioral health)
- Experience working in behavioral health or related field preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation procedures
- Familiarity with applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Must be able to pass a background check

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 15 per week
