Front Desk and Hospitality Lead

FORWARD_Space is Dance, Music, Wellness + Sweat -- described as a euphoric hybrid of movement that is equal parts cardio dance, athletic training and moving meditation. FORWARD_Space is for ALL who; used to dance, love to dance + want to dance

We are headed OUT EAST from MDW to LDW for a summer of dancing at The Barn in Bridgehampton We are looking to hire 1-2 part time seasonal employees to support morning and afternoon check-ins, guests services, and merchandise sales

**Rate**: $17 per hour

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide anticipatory and one-of-a-kind customer service and hospitality.
- Run processes for setup, check-in, merch sales and cleaning.
- Be immediate support for the FORWARD_Space Instructor and Leadership Teams.
- Be proficient in the FORWARD_Space booking platform(s) to successfully conduct all guest requests.
- Collaborate with fellow team members and management to complete daily tasks.
- Support retail sales by highlighting FORWARD_Space Merch Collections and helping clients with purchases.

**OUR REQUIREMENTS**
- Punctuality is a must On time is EARLY in our book
- Must have previous customer service/hospitality experience.
- Feels excited, comfortable and confident working in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have the schedule flexibility to work at least 4-5 part-time shifts per week (early mornings, weekends and summer holidays)
- Preferred experience with Apple operating systems and devices; Booking softwares (i.e., Mindbody Desktop and App); and Google Suite (i.e., GMail, Google Sheets, Gcal)
