The Business Analyst will be responsible for converting raw data into meaningful insights that drive business decisions. This role involves analyzing and interpreting data, designing, and maintaining Power BI dashboards, and providing actionable insights to various stakeholders.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data across various sources and reporting tools.
- Develop strategies for database development, data collection systems, data analytics, and other methods to optimize data quality and efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in process optimization and management.
