Are you an experienced and skilled Residential Plumbing professional that is tired of being just a number or judged by your last sale? If so, Oh No Plumbing is looking for qualified Residential Plumbing service technicians to work within a fast-paced environment and to grow with an industry leading home services company. This position will be located out of our Central Valley location in Phoenix, AZ.

**Overview of Duties - **_**Plumbing Service Techs**_
- Diagnose residential plumbing systems, without limitation. drains and water fixtures
- Repair/Replace water heaters — both tanked and tankless
- Ensure customer satisfaction, quality, and practice proactive improvement
- Responsible for OSHA safety regulations in field operations
- Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed
- Ability to run drain-cleaning equipment
- Repair and replace water fixtures
- Repair and replace gas piping and fixtures

**Experience/Requirements**
- 1-3 years of residential plumbing/drain experience
- Exceptional customer-services skills
- Outstanding work ethic
- Desire to learn and grow
- Must have a “can-do” attitude
- Knowledge of House call Pro or similar home-service software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude
- Strong knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and best practices
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex plumbing issues
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Must be willing to complete an extensive background and credit check
