**About Us**: PGS (PsychoGeriatric Services) is a multi-disciplinary behavioral health practice with nearly 30 years of dedicated service. We specialize in delivering psychiatric and mental health services to residents of long-term care facilities, both in-person and through telehealth. Our diverse and expanding team of psychiatrists, psychotherapists, and nurse practitioners provides quality care to over 300 facilities in Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and the District of Columbia.

**Position Overview**: We are currently seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team and provide psychiatric care services at our partner facilities in Erie, PA. This role offers an opportunity for meaningful, flexible, and autonomous work while making a significant impact on the lives of seniors in our community. We also prioritize your career development by providing support and resources to help you grow professionally.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide psychiatric evaluation and treatment to individuals and families.
- Offer on-site assistance at nursing homes, assisted care, and similar facilities.
- Consult with facility staff to coordinate care.
- Deliver periodic educational talks.
Adhere to established regulations, policies, and procedures while exercising initiative and independent judgment.
