**Skills Needed**:

- **Expertise in CAD Construction Plan Building**: You'll be the backbone of our planning process, turning concepts into detailed construction plans with precision and accuracy.
- **Teamwork**: Collaboration is key in our dynamic environment. We're looking for someone who can work seamlessly with colleagues across departments to achieve project goals.
- **Detail-Oriented**: The devil is in the details, and we need someone who can meticulously review plans to ensure accuracy and compliance.

**Proficiency in**:

- **Architecture**: Understanding architectural principles is essential for creating plans that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.
- **Verbal and Written Communication**: Clear communication is vital for conveying ideas to team members and stakeholders.
- **Excel**: Proficiency in Excel is necessary for data organization and analysis.
- **Time Management**: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- **Critical Thinking Skills**: Analytical thinking is crucial for problem-solving and making informed decisions.

**Knowledge of (Can Train)**:

- **City or Town Permitting**: Understanding the regulatory requirements for obtaining permits is essential for project success.
- **HOA Processing**: Familiarity with Homeowners Association processes ensures compliance with community regulations.
- **Project Management**: Knowledge of project management principles helps in overseeing tasks, timelines, and resources effectively.
- **Procurement**: Understanding procurement processes is beneficial for acquiring necessary materials and services for projects.

Pay: $58,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year
