Role Objective

The Sales Acquisition Analyst is an integral member of the US G&L Field Sales organization, reports to a Vice President, and assists in supporting our sales activities during stage 3-7+ of the sales cycle. This role will focus on activities in support of the field sales team to drive productivity and net new acquisition. This role will be client facing and critical to helping the team support key customer activities and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities will include:
**Sales Analytics**:

- Support customer success metrics:

- Work with sales team to clear internal obstacles in achieving actual v. potential charge volume from new signings
- Own early-stage BCV monitoring and new signings activation with sales leaders
- Monitor early tenure supplier level signings to activate tracking
- Support Linking sales opportunities to correct hierarchy to ensure volume credit
- Perform Acquisition Analytics
- Work closely with Business Development Rep team on meeting to contract conversion
- Track and root cause underperforming signings

**Sales Operations**:

- Own the Credit Review Online (CRO) Process
- Align internal stakeholders for sales support and implementation (Proposal Strategy, Onboarding, BSM, IM etc)
- Submit Spend file for Spend IQ or Match processing

Required Qualifications:

- High proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail managing multiple tasks
- Ability to work independently in dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- High motivation and willingness to assume accountability for providing high-touch client support where needed.
- Ability to communicate with individuals of varying levels
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Understanding and appreciation of key customer relationships (internal & external)
- Commitment to ongoing learning and development
- Ability to act with diplomacy and integrity with handling of confidential and sensitive issues in an appropriate manner.
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Experience working in and with colleagues in a virtual office environment

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
