**About the Roles**:
Convivium Hospitality is seeking passionate and dedicated individuals for various management positions within our Mediterranean-themed concepts. We are looking for professionals who are genuinely interested in making a meaningful impact in our organization and the community we serve. **Spanish speaking and opening restaurant experience is a large plus as we have 3-4 venues slated to open in the next 6 - 18 months.**

- FOH leadership would ideally be versed in several of the following; P&L understanding, understanding of menu pricing, labor management, Seven Rooms &, Toast platform, marketing and programming agendas, table touching, general HR principles, solid service mechanics, and any similarly related tools/methods. We are very willing to coats and share our expertise as well.
- Our BOH culinary team is hands on with active service, teaching and growing of the hungry minds of a loyal staff. This is not an admin position; you would be driving the culinary DNA of the restaurant and should be comfortable in vendor relations, pmix reports, station guides, new menu item SOP’s, COG’s management and look to collaborate with your colleagues. It’s helpful if you like guest interaction and table visits as that drives loyalty.
