Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pool Service Foreman to join our team. As a Pool Service Foreman you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing swimming pools and related equipment. This is a hands-on role that requires technical expertise and attention to detail.

**Duties**:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks on swimming pools, including cleaning, vacuuming, and skimming
- Test water chemistry and adjust chemical levels as needed
- Inspect and repair pool equipment, such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinators
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with pool systems, including leaks, clogs, and malfunctions
- Install and replace pool equipment components as necessary
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a professional manner

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Pool Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of pool maintenance techniques and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients
