**Job Overview**: Culligan by WaterCo is hiring a Financial Analyst, located in Lombard, IL. This includes supporting monthly financial and business reviews, the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting to ensure timely and accurately delivery of requirements. This individual identifies problems using analytical skills, generating collaborative solutions, determining the best approach, and implementing best practice solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare templates, facilitate meetings, and provide guidance and support WaterCo for monthly financial and management reviews. This includes understanding major variances impacting the P&L and FCF and summarize for high level business presentations.
- Reconcile, validate, and ensure consistency of data from submitted to Financial Reporting system.
- Drive continuous process improvements in reporting, forecasting, and budgeting activities through automation, system enhancements, data quality, consolidation, and quality improvement
- FP&A and budgeting
- Cost Accounting
- Understands 3 financial statements (P&L, BS, and Cash Flow)
- Prepare and analyze special projects as assigned

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years experience in corporate finance role analyzing business performance
- P&L management
- Strong Excel skills - Advanced is helpful (pivot tables, formulas, vlookup)
- Experience working for a manufacturing company / service company
- GAAP understanding
- Strong analytical skills and business modeling
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Finance or Accounting or related field

**Work Environment**:This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, tablets, and other office equipment. This position may require some travel to outlying store locations.
