**Job Summary**:

- As a General Labor Associate at Performance Pallet there is a wide range of job opportunities throughout different departments, from Assembly, Repair, Reclaim and the firewood department. Individual departments come with their own challenges as well as opportunities._
- Employees will be placed in a department best suited for their skills and abilities. All positions are physically demanding and require that certain efficiency rates be met. Employees will be given the proper training and time to meet the goals necessary._

**Pay**:

- Earn up to $15.50 over the weekend _

**Schedule/Shift**:

- A-Shift - Monday thru Thursday_
- 6:30am - 4:30pm_
- B-Shift - Monday thru Thursday _
- 8:30pm - 6:30am_
- C-Shift - Friday thru Sunday _
- 6:30am - 6:30pm_

**Essential Duties of the Job**:

- Operate nail guns_
- _Build pallets, Repair pallets, Deconstruct pallets_
- _Package Firewood_
- _Maintaining clean and organized work area_
- _Perform basic job duties as requested by Supervisor/Area leader_
- _Fill out paperwork_
- _Must meet efficiency standards set by the company_
- _Work in a safe manner_
- _And more_

- Physically Able to work in a fast-paced environment_
